Partial COD Policy (100 एडवांस और बाकिका COD)

At House Of  Watches, we provide Cash on Delivery (COD) to ensure a secure and trustworthy shopping experience. To prevent fake orders and delivery misuse, a small advance confirmation payment is mandatory for all COD orders.

📌 COD Terms & Conditions

  • Advance Payment Required: A minimum advance must be paid to confirm your COD order.
  • Remaining Amount: The balance is payable in cash at delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Advance: If a COD order is cancelled or refused at delivery, the advance will NOT be refunded.
  • Service Availability: COD is available only in serviceable Indian pin codes.
  • No Open Delivery: Package cannot be opened before payment completion.
  • Orders without advance payment will NOT be dispatched.

💰 COD Charges & Advance Structure

  • Orders up to ₹2000 → ₹100 advance required
  • ₹2001 – ₹3000 → ₹200 (paid in advance)
  • ₹3001 – ₹4000 → ₹250 (paid in advance)
  • ₹4001 – ₹5000 → ₹300 (paid in advance)
  • Above ₹5000 → 10% of order value (paid in advance)

Advance COD charges help reduce operational losses caused by:

  • ❌ Customer unavailable at delivery time
  • ❌ Orders placed without user confirmation
  • ❌ Unverified COD orders leading to RTO

📝 How to Place a COD Order

  1. Select your product and proceed to checkout
  2. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD)
  3. Pay the required advance COD fee via UPI / bank transfer while Order Confirmation Call from Sales team.
  4. Your order gets confirmed and dispatched
  5. Pay the remaining amount at delivery
